The Fourth Digital Naturalism ran from June 22nd to July 23rd in 2025 in Les Village, Indonesia with Sea Communities. We were joined by hackers, field biologists, fishermen, salt farmers, and more to experiment with how we can engage with our world. It was funded through participant collective payment and was able to offer low cost and scholarship spots.

The Third Digital Naturalism Conference ran for all 31 days of July 2022 in the town of Batticaloa, Sri Lanka with Dreamspace Academy. It brought together interaction designers, artists, field biologists, and anyone interesting in finding new ways to explore the natural world.

The Second Digital Naturalism Conference ran for all 31 days of August 2019 in the town of Gamboa, Panama. Chaired by Andrew Quitmeyer and Lee Wilkins, it functioned to inaugurate Digital Naturalism Labs, and it provided all conference services at or below costs to participants.

The First Digital Naturalism Conference ran for 6 weeks in the year 2561 (2018) on Koh Lon, Thailand. It was free for participants to join and independently funded by Andrew Quitmeyer, Tasneem Khan, and additional crowdfunding. Book compiled and edited by Paula Te, Andrew Quitmeyer, Sid Drmay, lee wilkins and Kit Quitmeyer.
